2. Data we process
Through the contact form we process the data you provide: name, company, email, phone, your message and any files you attach (drawings or 3D models).
3. Purpose
We use this data to reply to your request, study your project, prepare quotes and, where applicable, manage the business relationship. Drawings and models you send us are treated confidentially and used only to study your project.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship begins, for the periods required by applicable law.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The website and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which acts as data processor. This provider may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@muin.es. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
