5XTechnology

Machines and software for complex parts.

Two OKUMA machining centres and Siemens NX CAM programming, for one-offs and short and medium runs.

Two centres that complement each other

A 5-axis centre for complex geometries and a horizontal one for large, prismatic parts.

M01 · 5-axis machining centre

OKUMA MU-5000V

Vertical 5-axis simultaneous centre with a trunnion table. It machines several faces in a single setup and handles complex geometries with shorter tools.

M02 · Horizontal machining centre

OKUMA MA-600 HII

4-axis horizontal centre with a rotary table, built for large and heavy parts: housings, bodies and prismatic parts machined on several faces.

44 axes
Ø 1.000 × 1.200 mmPart capacity

From 3D model to machine

Every part is programmed and simulated before machining, so it reaches the machine with a validated process.

  1. 01

    3D model

We receive your model or drawing and review the part with manufacturing in mind.

  2. 02

    CAM programming

We program the tool paths in Siemens NX CAM, in simultaneous or positional 5-axis.

  3. 03

    Simulation

We check tool paths and collisions before the program goes to the machine.

  4. 04

    Machining

The part is made with the validated program, checking the functional dimensions.
