Development of machining strategies through Siemens NX CAM.
We work directly on the customer’s CAD model. We define the operations, tools and tool paths, and verify the program in simulation before machining to avoid collisions and fine-tune cycle times.
Good programming shortens cycle times, improves finishes and makes the process repeatable every time the part is made again.
Key points
- 01
Working from the 3D model
We accept STEP, IGES, Parasolid and other common formats.
- 02
5-axis strategies
Simultaneous and positional tool paths adapted to each geometry.
- 03
Simulation
We verify the program and detect collisions before it reaches the machine.
- 04
Repeatable processes
Documented programs reused for every new batch.
Typical applications
- New parts from a 3D model
- Complex-geometry parts that need 5 axes
- Review and improvement of machining processes
- Recurring batches with a documented program
